Easter Set 3

This will end my Easter creations .... with only a set of six.  I hope that you will find many uses for some of them in your Easter Creations.  I have enjoyed making each and every single one.

This has been a month of my joys and valleys for me.  On March 6, 2012 my ninth grandson, Ian was born.  I can only say ... I still marvel at the miracle of a new baby each time I hold him.  He is such a good baby and is just now starting to discover his world.  He is surrounded by two very, very loud brothers and doesn't seem to mind at all.  Other gifts include ... making a pillow with my granddaughter, Allison.  She is quite a little seamstress.  In addition, she made her very first "wordart" and I want to thank each and everyone of you that made this so special for her.  But, there has been a deep valley, too .... my mother was diagnosed with colon cancer also on March 6th.  My daily interactions long distance with her have been the hardest I've taken in a long, long time.  Many complications in the hospital and lack of communication.  My family have been my support through it all.  I became through stress very sick ... my blood sugars rose over 300, major migraines and some episodes of double vision.  Because of that and due to my history of a stroke when I was 50, my doctor right now makes me feel like he's opened his own personal medicine cabinet to me.  I am relearning to take a day at a time.  This blog and my forcing myself to do the freebies, in many ways were God sent.  And to all of you, my heartfelt thanks.

And last but not least, my mother is home again.  She left the hospital against medical advice .... but she was ready to be back in her home.  I not sure I blame her, because it seemed like it was one complication after another while she was there.  My step-dad says it's still tough, but just in spirit ... he says he knows she is more happy.  I had a long talk finally with her this morning (I wasn't allowed to talk to her for five days while in hospital) and she sounds relatively good.  I encouraged her to make sure she starts to eat to get her strength.  I know each day will get a little better.  And, I can finally begin to RELAX myself.

St Patrick's Wordart Set 1

Good morning to all,

I have been putting off making St Patrick Wordart Sets .... time to get my "budinski" in gear.  Afterall, I promised when I completed a total of ten (10) wordarts in any area I would make them into a kit for you.

Another Christmas Set

I decided not to wait until I had ten in one Christmas folder.  Instead, I have taken ten from different Christmas folders and combined them into this one Chistmas Set2.

Today I need to do some layouts, as I have been pretty slack on doing them this past week.  I will again start posting a new wordart, preview and layout around that day's featured word.  Just need to catch up on all those photographs I've taken.

Halloween Set #1

It's scary cats, mummies and ghosts to send a shiver up your spine.  Today as a special gift for you.  I have my first Halloween Set.  All of these word arts were done in early January, when I was trying to figure out everything to start offering freebies.  They were my "firsties".  I do hope that they meet with everyone's approval.

Now, I know that I have been doing none stop St. Patrick's Day wordart, but I just needed a break from all "that green" .... lol.

Plus .... if you didn't see the first one I did this morning, you must go and get it, too.  It SNOWED here last night!!!!  Had to get out and take some pictures.  Hopefully, this is the last snow of the season.  I'm ready for spring!!!  Is everyone else as ready as I am.  That freebie has to do with "unnecessary snow".

Daughter-in-law has been having irregular contractions the last couple of days, too.  I wonder if we're going to get a new baby this weekend.  Hummmmmm .... maybe I need to create some baby wordart.  What do you think?

Christmas Humor Set

Yep .... yep .... yep!!!!  It is time for another ten piece set!!!  Back in early January, I started making different holiday word art.  This is before the age of caveman .... before I started offering all these cool little strips of thought to all of my new friends. 

Some of the most fun ones to do are humor word art.  Here is my first set of Christmas humor word art.

My First Completed Set of Word Art

As a bonus to those who found my "home away from home" piece of cyberspace, I have decided upon completion of ten (10) word art creations of mine in any file I have set up in my home library, to offer it to you.
