Bat vs Ball

One of the heartbreaks of baseball is those "balls" that travel right through the bat like magic.  Do you know they call those STRIKES.  Now, I personally really believe magic happens and a spell is put on that bat just to frustrate the batter.  Afterall, that was a perfect swing .... and yet it doesn't connect with the bat.  Now, what is with this!!!!!

Mom belongs to me

Have you ever wondered what goes through the minds of your babies, toddlers and preschoolers when summer arrives.  Everyone knows that their older siblings having been counting down the days until SCHOOL'S OUT!!!!

I wonder what they are thinking ... are they dreading the thought of having the spend MORE THAN the evenings and weekends with the OTHER KIDS of the family?????
